New Time to Change video - Schizo - The Movie
Time to Change have released a new video, which is part of their summer campaign. It has been designed to be hard-hitting and challenge the stereotype that links people with mental illness and violence.
The trailer, which formed part of TTC’s Summer 09 online campaign activity, will be shown in selected cinemas around the country. ‘Schizo – the movie’ was successful in adding a much harder-hitting element to their existing messages and really getting people to think about and realise their own prejudices. This emotional reaction that the film elicits fits perfectly with TTC’s 2010 campaign aim, which is to encourage people to realise that it’s their own attitudes and behaviour that lead to stigma and discrimination. TTC are also hoping to target particular locations and films that will reach our target audience including targeting BME communities.
