Team Leader - LINX Supported Housing - (37 hrs per week) *ADDED 11/02/09*

Salary £23,834 - £25,410 dependent on experience.

 Hull & East Yorkshire Mind is a dynamic and growing local charity which promotes better mental health and wellbeing for all. If you want to make a difference to people’s lives, this may be the job for you!

A fully competent and experienced team leader, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to an existing team of 7 project workers plus bank staff. You will have at least 12 months recent experience working in a Band 5 Staff Nurse/equivalent Social Worker/Occupational Therapist capacity and have worked with people with enduring mental health problems, ideally in a residential setting. You will be able to demonstrate therapeutic/practice skills and an understanding of the issues around therapeutic risk taking in a multidisciplinary setting. Working in a 24 hour supported hostel environment, you will both manage and participate in rota and on call systems. You will understand the issues affecting young people with enduring mental health problems and be committed to the recovery model.
